Refund policy

We strive to display our western shirts as accurately as possible using high-quality photography under proper lighting. However, the actual colors of the shirts you receive may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This can happen due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  Differences in monitor, phone, or screen calibration and color settings

  The device used to view the images (e.g., brightness, contrast, display type)

  Variations in ambient lighting when viewing

  Individual differences in color perception

We take every care to ensure our photos represent the true appearance of the garments, but minor variations in shade, tone, or hue are normal when shopping for clothing online. Color variations alone do not qualify as a defect or genuine issue for return unless the product materially differs from the description (e.g., completely wrong color family). If color accuracy is critical for you, please contact us before ordering for more details or additional photos.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your western shirts! If you receive an item with a genuine issue (such as manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, wrong size/style shipped, or incorrect item), you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  The return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

  The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

  The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  Provide proof of purchase (order number) and photos of the issue when requesting a return.

What qualifies as a genuine issue?

  Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching, zipper issues)

  Item arrives damaged

  Wrong item, size, or style sent

What does NOT qualify?

  Change of mind

  Minor color variations (as explained in our Color Disclaimer above)

  Normal variations in fabric, stitching, or finish (common in western apparel)

  Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

How to Return an Item

1.  Contact us via email at [your email address, e.g., support@yourwesternshirts.com] or Instagram DM within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return.

2.  We will review your request and provide instructions (and a return address if approved).

3.  Ship the item back to us (we recommend using a trackable shipping method). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), in which case we will cover it or reimburse reasonable costs.

Refund Process

  Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  If approved, we issue a full refund for the item price (excluding original shipping fees).

  Sale/final items may have limited return options—check product pages for details.

Exchanges

If possible, we prefer to exchange for the correct size/style rather than refund. Let us know your preference when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any undergarments, swimwear (if applicable), or personalized/custom-made items.
