Welcome to Poppys! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Poppys website, Instagram shop, Shopify store, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) offered by Poppys (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Poppys, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

All products displayed on Poppys (including western shirts, apparel, and accessories) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel orders (with full refund) if needed.

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected items under these Terms. We accept your offer when we confirm shipment (via email or order status update).
3. Color and Product Disclaimer
We make every effort to display our western shirts and other products as accurately as possible using high-quality photography under controlled lighting. However, the actual colors, shades, tones, or hues of the items you receive may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. This can occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
• Differences in monitor, phone, or screen calibration and color settings
• The device used to view the images (e.g., brightness, contrast, display type)
• Variations in ambient lighting when viewing
• Individual differences in color perception
Minor variations in fabric texture, stitching, embellishments, or finish are normal in handmade or artisan western apparel and do not constitute a defect. Color variations alone do not qualify for return unless the product materially differs from the listed description (e.g., completely wrong color family). If color accuracy is critical, please contact us before ordering for more details or additional photos.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Poppys Service—including logos, product photos, designs, descriptions, graphics, and branding—is owned by Poppys or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Poppys will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
